Shipping policy

If you live in an area impacted by severe weather conditions, delivery of your item may be delayed by the carrier. (ie USPS/FedEx/UPS) If you have any questions, please contact us.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days (within the continental US) and 3-5 days (outside the US) after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online.

International shipments are sent via the most cost-effective method available at the time of purchase.  Shipping rates to international destinations are just that, shipping.  They do not include duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.  These are determined by customs and border control and are not communicated to us, the seller, prior to shipment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
