Spawn: Series 6 - Tiffany the Amazon
From the 1996 Spawn toy series. (Wings and Sword turn into Sled!) An angel with ulterior motives, Tiffany vows to take over Angela's place as the Priority A-1 angel. Knowing that destroying Spawn will ensure her promotion, Tiffany tracks down and attacks Spawn every chance she gets. Tiffany relies on her intelligence as her most important weapon, and carries a huge sword to ward off attackers. From one of the many angel divisions, the Amazon Warriors, Tiffany's impressive appearance in itself acts as her defense.
